Sonic the Hedgehog themed cake for an 11 yr old. My client wanted an edible image of Sonic Hedgehog characters somewhere on the cake, at the same time required the Race Track theme on the cake. Finally came up with this idea of placing the edible image on top of the cake on a hard fondant, which gives the cake a lift, making it look like a double tier.
