Having seen these type of art works with buttercream on cakes, I always wanted to try it out , but when your orders are mainly kids themed birthday cakes, you have no choices to try varieties.
Below is a beautifully handpainted floral art with buttercream by my daughter Eva. Fond of painting & having a subject of study as Art, I asked her to bring out her passion on this special cake for her Aunt. And there it is a proud mum showing off her daughter’s art piece.
Made with left over from the last cake just to make my sister’s day more brighter. She lives in US. Asked if it’s an impasto painting, gosh, need to learn more about such art pieces & techniques.
