Here’s a white chocolate cake with white chocolate butter cream filling baked & crafted in the shape of a Film Reel to mark the 40 glorious years of acting excellence of one & only, legendary Indian actor Lieutenant Colonel Padma Shri Dr Bharat Mohanlal.
The call to bake a cake came with shock & happiness just days before the event. Thanks to Futurz Australia for the wonderful opportunity. It was the most challenging time to quickly craft a design in mind & then work on it to bring it alive. A special appreciation & thanks to CustomIcing.com.au for their prompt & super duper rocket speed delivery of the vibrant images within 24 hours.
Now the real- reel story begins, it wasn’t easy as I thought. I have handled edible images earlier but this time it wasn’t easy as it used to be. May be the thought of crafting it for the legend made my hands shaky & less workable. But challenges helps us to fight & find it’s way by all means to make it the best crafts ever. As the cake moved to its final finishing touches, a sigh of relief rolled down from my head to toe. It was indeed the proudest sigh of relief so far.
